DIRECTOR

History Gallery PortraitGordonstoun International Summer School is an original, one of the first international summer camps in the UK and now, one of the best known and established summer programmes in the world.

Our course captures Gordonstoun’s philosophy of internationalism and dynamic learning through challenge and adventure.

Feedback from parents regularly highlights the high standards of pastoral care and the importance we place on getting to know and supporting each child individually. Our staff are carefully selected and choose to spend their summers at Gordonstoun teaching and inspiring young people through a wide array of experiences and activities. Our rich and inspiring programme means students leave Summer School having formed solid friendships and increased confidence in their own abilities.

Regardless of whether you are from the UK or further afield, there is such a diverse range of activities and experiences on offer, we feel confident you will have a summer of learning, challenge, friendship and a lot of fun!

Please do let us know if we can help with any queries and we look forward to welcoming you to Gordonstoun!

COURSE OVERVIEW

Students follow a diverse programme of classroom-based activities including computing, English, creative writing and international relations, alongside music, art, design and technology and a wide range of sports.

The adventure programme includes everything from climbing and canoeing to gorge walking and sailing - all in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Courses are suitable for native English speakers and those learning English as a foreign language. And parents are often astounded at the improvement in their child’s confidence, maturity and skills - and the deep friendships they develop - in such a short time.
